Welcome to BUD 24, a rapid landing page design and delivery service offered by Bud. These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the BUD 24 service, including the submission of your project brief, delivery of the landing page, and any related communication.
By registering for the BUD 24 service, submitting your project brief, or making a payment, you ('Client', 'you') agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
BUD 24 is a fast-turnaround design service in which Bud designs and delivers a responsive, conversion-focused HTML landing page to the Client within 24 hours of receiving a complete project brief and all required assets.
The 24-hour delivery clock commences only after Bud has received ALL the following from the Client:
Bud will acknowledge receipt of a complete brief via email or WhatsApp. The 24-hour timeline begins from the time of that acknowledgement.
Incomplete briefs, missing assets, or delayed responses from the Client will pause or reset the delivery clock. Bud shall not be held liable for delays arising from incomplete submissions or non-responsive communication from the Client.
In the event that Bud is unable to deliver within 24 hours for reasons attributable solely to Bud (and not to any delay, omission, or non-responsiveness on the part of the Client), Bud will:
This clause applies only where the delay is not caused by the Client. Delays caused by late asset submission, incomplete briefs, or Client non-responsiveness are governed by Section 4.
The Client agrees to:
The Client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all content provided. Bud will not be held responsible for errors, omissions, or misleading content supplied by the Client.
If the Client does not provide written feedback or raise any objection within 24 hours of the landing page being delivered, the page shall be considered reviewed, approved, and accepted by the Client. Revision requests raised after this window will be treated as additional scope and quoted separately.
All logos, images, content, and brand materials submitted by the Client remain the sole intellectual property of the Client. By submitting such materials, the Client grants Bud a limited, non-exclusive licence to use these assets solely for the purpose of designing and delivering the requested landing page.
Upon receipt of full payment, Bud assigns ownership of the final delivered landing page code and design to the Client. The Client may then freely use, host, modify, and deploy the delivered files.
No ownership rights are transferred to the Client until full payment has been received. Where work is delivered against a deposit, ownership transfers upon clearance of the remaining balance.
Bud reserves the right to display the delivered landing page as part of its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the Client provides a written request for confidentiality prior to project commencement. Such a request must be made in writing before the 24-hour delivery clock commences.
The landing page may include open-source frameworks, libraries, or fonts (such as Bootstrap and Google Fonts) governed by their respective licences. The Client accepts responsibility for ongoing compliance with these third-party licences.
Payment terms and pricing will be communicated to the Client prior to project commencement. The following conditions apply:
In the event that the Client cancels the project before the brief is accepted and work has commenced, any paid amount may be refunded at Bud's discretion, subject to a processing fee of 10% of the amount paid to cover administrative costs.
The BUD 24 service includes Two (2) rounds of minor revisions following delivery of the initial landing page. Minor revisions are defined as small content corrections, colour adjustments, font changes, or text edits that do not alter the overall page structure, layout, or design direction.
The following are considered out of scope and will be quoted separately:
Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be separately quoted and is subject to new timelines agreed in writing.
Bud's total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with the BUD 24 service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific project.
Bud shall not be liable for:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the project. Bud will not disclose Client data, business details, or project specifics to third parties without the Client's prior written consent, except as required by applicable law.
By submitting the registration form on the BUD 24 landing page, the Client consents to Bud collecting and processing the following information for the sole purpose of project communication and delivery:
Bud will not sell, share, or transfer Client personal data to third parties except as strictly required for service delivery (for example, a file-sharing service used to send deliverables). Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the project and any follow-up communication.
Bud reserves the right to decline or terminate a project if:
In such cases, Bud will notify the Client in writing. Where work has already commenced, Bud may retain payment proportional to the work completed and shall not be obligated to deliver the unfinished work.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiation within 15 days of the dispute being raised.
If resolution cannot be reached amicably within that period, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Bud reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website with a revised effective date.
Clients who have already submitted a project brief and commenced a project will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of their registration, not any subsequently revised version. New registrations after the revised effective date will be subject to the updated Terms.
